Feedback from our guests is very important to us. We aim to make Verano Casero the perfect choice for your villa holiday. To this end we send all guests a post holiday questionnaire to enable us to check the level of service provided. We use the feedback to further tailor our facilities to the needs of all guests.
For example we have just installed WiFi as an extra service to give guests needing to stay in touch with their business, the opportunity to do so within the convenience and security of the Villa. We will also be installing an additional safe that can accommodate a laptop and portable hard drive. This has been in direct response to comments made to us by recent guests.
